1995年和1998年在中国科学院自动化研究所分获控制理论专业工学硕士学位和模式识别与智能控制专业工学博士学位

1999至2004年在美国Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory任计算机科学家

2004年5月至今任中国科学院自动化研究所国家模式识别实验室研究员
